Hungry for nostalgia? 

The very first release in Agoro’s five-part Garfield Comic Set series celebrates the world’s most famous lasagna-loving cat with the comic strip that started it all. 

Taken from 1978, the three-panel design shows cartoonist John Arbuckle introducing himself and Garfield with the promise “Our only thought is to entertain you” — while Garfield, true to form, simply thinks “I’m hungry.” 

The reverse continues the theme with Garfield enjoying a meal, thinking “Eat. Sleep. There must be more to life, but I hope not” alongside the words “I’m a creature of habit — all the bad ones” and “Vintage Garfield 1978.”
